Amoskeag Appraisal
Company was founded by Mark Correnti and
Bill Abraham. Mark Correnti began his appraisal
career in 1997. In 2000 Bill Abraham joined the company as a general partner
followed by Tom Hughes in 2002. Today, Amoskeag
Appraisal Company utilizes the resources of seven appraisers and is
considered one of the largest residential appraisal firms in New Hampshire.
Amoskeag Appraisal
has appraisers that are licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts
including three appraisers that are included on the HUD/FHA roster. Our
appraisers are located throughout the state of New Hampshire. This affords
our clients a high level of geographic competency and efficiency as they are
intimately familiar with the markets that they live in.
Amoskeag Appraisal
specializes in residential property valuations in New Hampshire. Our
appraisal staff has completed assignments for residential mortgage
financing, estates, litigation, divorce proceedings, appraisal reviews, tax
abatements, private sales, and pre-listing market valuations. Assignment
types vary from manufactured homes, vacant land, individual condominium
units, high end waterfront, large acre estates, island properties, small
residential income properties, bank owned, and co-ops.
Our diverse client
base includes regional banks, national mortgage companies, law firms, real
estate agents, non-profits, state agencies, and prospective buyers and
sellers.
